05 / The particulars

Before
we begin.

What do you need to get started?

Sketches, photos, reference products, existing CAD or a written description are all useful. Tell us the intended use, key dimensions, material, manufacturing process and deadline if you know them. We'll clarify the rest before quoting.

Which CAD software do you work in?

Tell us your preferred software and version when you send the brief. We'll confirm native-file compatibility and the exports you need, such as STEP, STL, DXF or PDF drawings, in your quote.

Can you deliver my project today or tomorrow?

Simple parts, drawing updates and clearly scoped changes can qualify for same-day or next-day delivery. Assemblies and full product development take longer. We confirm timing after reviewing your brief; rush work depends on scope and availability.

How is the work checked?

Every deliverable gets human engineer review before handoff. We check it against your brief, including design intent, dimensions, tolerances and the agreed manufacturing process. Clean parametric models and consistent drawing standards make future changes easier.

Who owns the design?

You do. Full IP transfers to you on delivery, and we're happy to sign your NDA before you share anything.

What if I need changes?

Your quote specifies the included revision rounds. We iterate quickly within that scope. If the brief changes or you need additional deliverables, we agree on any price and timeline changes before proceeding.

Can you support us regularly or work under our brand?

Yes. We offer monthly retainers for ongoing design work, volume packages for manufacturers and white-label support for agencies and other studios. We'll agree on capacity, priorities and handoff standards with your team.
